Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Aylesbury Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1952 and comprises around 50 musicians. We perform four concerts each year in Aylesbury, England to an audience of around 100-150. Our regular subscribers are mainly senior citizens.
We are looking to replace our current logo, which has become somewhat dated. The aim of the new logo is to attract new audience across all ages, sponsorship and new players. We need branding that is aspirational and contemporary and which will work on social media as well as on printed materials.
The words “Aylesbury Symphony Orchestra” should appear with, rather than being part of, the logo. The letters “ASO” should be simple, clear and modern.
A subtle reference to music or sound would be helpful, although it is not essential. More obvious references such as musical notes and clefs should be avoided.
The logo needs to work in black and white as well as colour, and on banners, flyers and social media.

Thanks to those of you who have sent in your designs so far, some are definitely on the right lines, but we'd love to see more in the few days we have left. We want a striking but simple and modern logo, and I'm sure there's lots of you out there who can help. Looking forward to seeing more ideas, thanks again.
