Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are developing a new self storage business.

Our name will be:

U-Do Self Storage

tag line will be "storage that comes to you"

Basically we deliver the storage modules on our purpose built trailers to clients homes for them to self load. We then collect the trailer and unload the storage mudules directly inside our secure storage warehouse where they are stored for the duration of the clients requirements.

There are various companies undertaking this currently including www.australianmobilestorage.com.au and www.graceselfstorage.com.au We will be offering a similar service. If you look on the grace site you will see a similar trailer system.

Our demographic audience is very wide spread and would include but not limited to:

1. Young professionals relocating overseas and only wishing to take some personal possessions, placing their other items in storage

2. People renotating their homes and placing all furniture in storage

3. People decluttering home for a variety of reasons.

4. People downsizing home but not wanting to sell furniture.

We are wanting the logo to obviously incorporate the name and potentially the tag line. If a tag line is used then we would want the ability to utilise the logo without it. We are happy to look at the logo utilising elements of the service such as boxes on wheels.

Ideally the logo should promote the service and potentially something that can be broadended for movement at a later stage if required.

Looking for strong colours such as blue and red on a white background. Our current company in a similar field uses the following logo colours.

PMS Red – 286c

PMS Blue – 1797c

Whilst this is a stand alone business we are not uncomfortable using the same colour but will also look at other options.

Initial uses for the logo will be web and signage. Web will be the main area of promotion so the logo has to work well on web.

Following on from the successful logo development we will then be posting the website development up for tender. Ideally the successful candidate of the logo also has web development experience and can continue on with that job.

• We would potentially want the logo to have some movement in the near future. It is likely that we will create a video of our storage and to have some movement in the logo would be nice.
