Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a logo that I feel doesn't fit the product and would like it updated. I like the lettering of the word Cyclerides.com, but don't like the background. I would be interested in a logo with a new background, or a new one all together. The current background looks like to should fit a car racing logo, not a motorcycle logo.

The logo is for a motorcycle web site that will tell motorcyclists about upcoming events and also will have all kind of advertisers for motorcyclists. We also have bike nights that people come to.

We will be licensing it nationwide, so I need a logo that won't be limited to a certain geographical region.

Hello everyone!


First of all, I just want to thank you all for your work. I appreciate it very much. After reviewing the designs, I'd say that my favorite thus far are the designs that utilize the "CYC..." as the front of a motorcycle. I'd like to run with this idea, but the concept certainly needs to be elaborated on as the font and style of motorcycle don't look very modern in the preliminary example. We really want a sleek, mature design that is "cool" or "badass" as the biker culture looks to capture a feeling of rebellious freedom.

While I like this idea, I am still completely open to any design. It just needs to look sharp. Black, Orange, and Yellow are our traditional company colors, but those are fairly negotiable if the design is right. Maybe use a burnt orange or try a gold color. Anything that brings the logo into the 21st century ;)
