We need a logo design for a new company based in Maui, Hawaii called 'Racefit'. The product is coaching: our services include training program design, fitness testing and group workouts.

We want a modern, professional image that embodies Racefit values: adventure lifestyle, outdoor sports, healthy, vibrant life.

Endurance athletes aged 30-50 years old, most are professionals.

People who have moved to Maui of visit maui for an active, outdoors lifestyle. Our clients are searching for ways to get more from life and are looking for a high quality coaching experience

Sports coached: Triathlon, OC1 (outrigger canoe) paddlers, cyclists, runners.
evn though the market is 'older' these guys want and expect to see modern design language in the products they use.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Simple logo. Bold, modern - must look cool and communicate quality. Easy to see.
• Probably no more than 3 colors. Suitable for use on vehicle and clothing. Must look good on a dark background. The design should use similar design language to outdoor gear brands - it should have an ''equipment'' feel to it. We want to emphasize outdoors, fitness, and adventure over more traditional images of ''sports coach''

Schön zu haben

• Abstract symbols. Have a look at some outdoors equipment and see if you can use that type of design language. Salomon is a good example as it has a modern yet quality look to it.
• Our customers recognize and respect this type of design / brand language

Sollte nicht haben

• Busy designs. ''Airbrushed'' designs. Illustrations. Pictures of runners or bikers etc. Older fonts, Curvy fonts.
