Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need an experienced Graphics Designer with a proven track record to create a design and branding guide for all media formats. From this guide you will then create a new website design for L3networks.com.
There will be 8 pages (to start) with the new website. Each page will have multiple features and panels each need to have individual attention and customization that collectively fit together into a single cohesive look and feel.
We have not been able to get good designs I’m attaching one version which is the best we’ve received which is not bad but needs to be polished up better and the images need to change. I’d like to have some other accent colors but not too much I like the white, dark blue, gray, dark gray style.

We don’t expect you will code the site however if you have that capability we’ll need it responsive/flat for mobile. Otherwise we can find someone to do the programming and we’ll just need the design files and images.
Branding guide will be used for web, email, print etc. so you’ll need to consider all guidelines for all formats. That is about it let me know if any questions we can have a call to discuss further if it is easier.
Not sure why they want a minimum of 300 words I’m done now but apparently have to keep typing so that is what I’m doing and Ok I’m at 300 words, almost there and we’re here now.
