Could you please provide with some more information - what info would you like to have on the first page, some company introduction text, what information would you like to have on other pages of your website. Do you need any special functions to be included into website?

Another question - do you want to have the html code files as a final delivery, that you upload to server and website will be running but you can't do any changes, or do you a website based on Wordpress where you will have access to WP panel and possibility to edit the content, for example to add a picture or to change some text?
