Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're opening a bar/cafe in Shanghai called Funky Monkey. The bar's concept is that it's a friendly place where both local and international people can meet up for a comfortable drink, with nice atmosphere and good quality cocktails, beer, coffee. (This may sound generic, but Shanghai tends to have mostly theme bars or nightclubs).
We'll have an eclectic mix of music and friendly, bi-lingual staff.

The logo should be
1. Feature a cute monkey, we're in Asia, monkey has to be kawaii
2. Monkey should look "funky"
3. Would be great to work a cocktail glass (classic martini) into monkey logo
4. Logo should be round
We'll use the logo on our sign, business cards, maybe print on glasses, etc. Would be good if the logo works both in colour and monochrome/outline
5. Font(s) should be relatively standard

Please excuse horribleness of attached draft .png, is just to give you an idea of the size/format. The Chinese text says "Shanghai" & "China". Bar won't have a Chinese name so need to leave extra room for two languages.
