Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our business provides engineering and project management services for Mechanical (mostly air conditioning), Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Installations. Our company exists about 10 years now, and I feel it's time to refresh the company image with a new more modern and refreshing logo. I designed the existing logo myself at the time, but I've never been completely satisfied with it. The main problems I encountered with the existing logo is that I can't really use it in black and white which gives a problem sometimes with advertising and for example I can't make stamps with the current logo. When I started the business we did only the engineering and project management for electrical installations which now has expanded with Mechanical and Plumbing. The name I picked at the time for the company (Time Line Services) was because I would like to carry out that we will do any job within the time frame given by us by our clients. As the name of the company is rather large to implement in the logo itself, I wouldn't mind using TLS in the logo as a short. If this is done I would want the complete name to appear still in small beneath the logo. Regarding colors I don't have too much requirements. The logo should be easy recognizable (as any logo). Any suggestions from the designers side are welcome. To give all designers an idea of the company logo they can visit www.timelineservices.com. This website hasn't been updated from the beginning so even the information of what our company does isn't really accurate. A lot of services mentioned on the website are not offered anymore. Attached also the current logo.
