Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new gym based in Kent, England. We are an alternative independent gym and differ from commercial gyms as we do not offer the normal resistance & cardio machines, but focus on functional training using equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes, pull-up bars etc. We also offer obstacle course race training where people will use monkey bars, wall & rope climbs and other challenging exercises.
The idea behind the gym is to bring males and females together as a community where they can feel comfortable training alone or together but be a part of each others achievements. Members will be encouraged to form a team and enter obstacle races as part of their goals.
We would like to see designs using white, grey or black as the main colours with orange (like the orange used by Sainsbury Supermarket in the UK - believed to be R 237 G 139 B 0) The orange idea is to show that grit is required in our type of training as we have taken away the comfort found in commercial gyms.
The final design should be clear & simple but with no bias to sex and attract new members who want to be apart of our ethos which is our selling point. It does not have to be case sensitive.
The logo means Functional Interval Training & can be incorporated into the design but it is not essential.
The images I have added show the type of event our clients train for and will take part in to help achieve their goals. The helping hand image shows the togetherness we are trying to create
