Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The AES was founded 60 years ago as the American Equilibration Society and consists of a world-wide membership of dentists but with most members from North America, Japan and Europe. We have recently decided to stop using the full name: American Equilibration Society as it represents a outmoded method of treatment and no longer describes the focus of the organization. While retaining the abbreviation of AES we'vd added the descriptor of the "Leaders in Occlusion, TMD, Comprehensive Oral Care" which is intended to model the ESPN brand. The Society's focus is on the way teeth meet and move together along with the associated muscles and joints, and restoration as need be.
Now, the dentists feel that added to this focus, are the overall benefits of this part of the body to comprehensive wellness. Our new logo needs to incorporate this added emphasis to the whole body and the future. Any new logo must be usable on letterheads, various multi-media applications and a lapel pin. Our present pin is 22 mm in diameter, mono chromatic with the logo in relief.
The AES membership is generally composed of dentists of some years standing, who enjoy the science and the social parts of this group. We would like to attract younger members so the new logo needs to look professional but not stuffy, attractive but not too bright.
We've attached some of our prior logos with the year's attached. I've also attached the current descriptor of our focus and it is included in the text below and the attached files. What we are looking for is an image to go along with the logo text.
