1. The image has to be 1600 by 1600 pixels
2. Use the attached image but make it a silhouette

3. Background should be Yellow like the color of a sign such as a Yield Sign.
4. Wording should be on bottom should have the same font as a construction sign and say Wurk Dat
Basically it should like a men at work sign but with a black silohouette of the construction girl, and the words "Wurk Dat" in construction lettering. Please refer to a Yeild or Men at work sign for the font.
