Feedback please.

Thanks for your fast work. Unfortunately, while the red dot (rising sun) motif is used a lot outside of Japan, and it is used in the national flag, it is somewhat controversial even within Japan because of WWII. Please avoid all 'Japanese flavor' -- people outside Japan won't be able to create a 'Japanesey' design that appeals to Japanese and this logo will be used 99% within Japan.

Also, if at all possible, I would like an artistic logo that represents our association of non-profits.

I like the way the 3D render looks on the wall! But the red/white/blue on the white background is not so good. What other colors would look good on white? Also, the Japanese text should be a little heavier. Could the 'serifs' on the curved graphics be bent down a bit to look like arrows? Also, is there any way to get both the Japanese and "PBA" together on the same logo? Maybe one where the Japanese is dominant and another where the "PBA" is dominant? Thank you.
