Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in Japan called "Wisledge". We are business consulting company. "Wisledge" is original word which consists of "Wisdom" and "Knowledge" We will be a platform for a domestic/foreign companies who wants to launch their business in Japan. We will provide all services such as start-up office registration, accounting/payroll/corporate secretary outsouring for a company at one-stop. Our sloagan is "think global, act local", "do the right thing", "get wisdom and knowledge into one". We like to use color combination of 3 or 4 from green(or vivid yellow green), black, white, blue(or light blue, dark blue, etc.) . We also like to put a "sphere" and "connecting" or "brain" image.

The logo should be something like intelligence but not too much. The logo of a company called "Firmenich" or "Andersen" will gives you a hint.
