The fee offered is a package deal that includes logo, business cards, website, facebook presence, brochure and tradebooth design?

No. the overall design of the logo on th e vehicle should make some one think of an official vehicle. We should fit in with fire trucks and ambulances. Peop;e should almost think we are with them.
As to the package I think I paid for a basic logo that can be used on a van or business card. I will need more latter.
