Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
The contest says - uncoded PSD only whereas in brief you want full wordpress theme!
The current budget suffices for 6-8 pages psd only - not full site designed or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget

I believe that is my mistake on not understanding Wordpress coded file. I do need those files to transfer to my website. I am not sure of the expense for full site design. Once the framework is made I can transfer or re-write the content. I need the basic frame of the site.
What would your charge be for a full site design and what would then be included at that price?
