Do you want the 4page brochure redesigned, or simply a one page flyer that uses the three images you supplied?

It is three separate pieces, one design ( or can be three slightly different) one sandwich each with a description of each.

Hi Anna:

We will be using it for several purposes, embedded into emails, into various banner advertising and for print.

Ideally I think a square peice in a PNG format (if this makes sense, im not a designer) would allow for the various uses.
Please let me know if this mutliple platform format is not possible.
