Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm a really great fitness coach but a truly terrible graphic designer. And for a designer, I'm a dream to work with ! Very responsive !! That's where you come in! I need a direct mail post card (7 by 5) to promote my brand of fitness coaching and to offer a free consult and training session w me. I need to announce my new practice and to entice out-of-shape folks to try me out. My company name is System 7 Training. Check me out at system7training. com and system7training on Facebook to get the vibe of my coaching POV. I integrate 7 Key Lifestyle Influencers to help clients become educated on nutrition, movement/exercise and lifestyle choices. I have more than 20 years of experience and have helped thousands of people (all ages) look and feel better. The goal of the post card is to communicate that I have the professional pedigree to deliver results to anyone w the commitment to do the work w my coaching expertise. I provide a thorough initial consultation to discover goals, past experience with exercise or diet programs. We discuss limitations, medical history, medications, injuries, commitment to achieving their goals and review any barriers that might get in their way of success. I take initial measurements such as weight, circumference and conduct initial assessments. The assessments may include flexibility, strength, and endurance tests. We re-evaluate progress towards goals on a monthly basis to ensure we're on track to achieving our goals in the allotted time frame that we agreed to. I meet w clients a minimum of twice a week, for a minimum of 3 months. I provide weekly exercise plans to include time w me, and workouts that they do on their own. I offer 24/7 access to me for accountability r questions via text. I provide nutrition and supplementation support and refer to other health practitioners as needed. Most of my clients are required to have recent lab work done from the doctors, I also recommend additional lab work as needed. Must include: I offer training in Hinsdale, IL studio at 35 E. 1st Street, or in-home.

I'm dealing w very rich people in the area that I practice, meaning my message has to be classy, compelling, and creative. My branding must present as competent, upscale, discreet, and successful. My demo skews towards the 45 years of age and older. Did I mention they're RICH?? MY OFFER: complimentary consultation and training session. Expire Sept 30

• My postcard should communicate that if you work w me as your coach, you're working with one of the best, most respected and successful trainers in the Chicago area. A testimonial or two would be nice to have.
