Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a logo for my commercial real estate investment company,"Urbanworx Real Estate Inc." I want the look of the font - and the possible image related to the font - to be simple, unique, streamlined and contemporary. Modern with a sense of power. It can have a futuristic and progressive kind of feel. Do NOT create a typical image of a "house" or a "building" that is linear in nature. Dont' be afraid to be a bit abstract or symbolic with the logo.
I want the font of URBANWORX REAL ESTATE INC to be a very dark orange, or a type of burnt orange. Any secondary colors I would prefer to be grey. I would like the font/logo to be applicable on a business card, stationary, and the homepage of a website. The main thing that the font/logo will be used for is on business cards and stationary.
The primary important factor is to have some uniqueness to the look & feel of the name - the font- of the company. Some type of "image" would be nice. Ideally I am looking for a combination of a "Wordmark Logo" and "Pictorial/Combination Logo."
Though I want the word "Inc." included in the logo, I would like the word "Inc." to be minimized and not as pronounced as "Urbanworx Real Estate."
Updates
The payment of my project is now "guaranteed." Additionally, most of the designs so far have been of "buildings" or of "skylines." Please think outside of the box and try to strike a balance of simplicity along with abstraction or symbolism. Thank you.

I will be interacting with investors who I will be raising capital from. I occasionally will be interacting with bankers for loans to purchase multi-family properties (apartment buildings). I will be sending out letters in direct mail campaigns to property owners who are seeking to sell their multi-family properties.
