Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am currently on deployment overseas in Iraq with the Australian Army, working in a Royal Australian Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (RAEME) workshop environment.

I am wishing to create a logo for our workshop that includes our RAEME Corps badge (Please see the attachment for reference), our Task Group Taji shield & the map flag of Iraq (provided as an attachment).

LOGO INSTRUCTIONS:
(Please refer to the word document in the attachment for reference on how I would want our logo)
- I would like to have the RAEME Corps badge as the center piece of the logo. There is a high resolution picture/file of the RAEME Corps badge attached as a file. Please use this file.
- Above the RAEME Corps badge I would like a scroll banner of some sort that is in a semicircular arch (from about 10 to 2 on a clock face). In the banner I would like the wording “Task Group Taji” in Trojan Pro font.
- Below the RAEME Corps badge I would like another banner that is in a semicircular arch (from about 8 to 4 on a clock face). In this banner I would like the wording “Rotation One” in Trojan Pro font.
- Below this banner I would simply like the wording:

I'm not sure where I would like the Task Group Taji shield or Iraq map flag to go so go nuts & surprise me. I like the thought of having them faded-out in the background though.
I would also like the logo to be in a format where the white background has been etched/edited out & all that exists are the logo components themselves. So if I was to print the logo on a red coloured piece of paper, the logo wouldn’t have a white square surrounding it.
