Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am starting a home inspection service. I found a logo I like but I cannot purchase it, only a license to use it. I want a company logo unique to me and my business, so I am hoping I can have something designed that is similar to the example I've posted but also is all mine. I like the colors and the text font and would like those to remain if that's possible, but I am open to other options. What I like about the example is the roofline with the skyline in the background because it indicates that I inspect both residential and commercial properties where most inspection company logos tend to be solely about residential. Ideally, if the font and colors can stay and the roofline & skyline be altered to become unique to me, that would be awesome.
