Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

A company logo that can be replicated across stationery, Power Point slides etc. The business is registered as Flourish Consultancy Ltd but I want the logo to focus on FLOURISH.

Flourish Consultancy is all about helping businesses, individuals, ideas and teams thrive and grow through a flourishing touch, brought via creativity, coaching, facilitation or consultancy.

A suggested way of incorporating the logo /company name is writing the strap line across the top of the actual word:
Helping Business People
F L O U R I S H

( obviously the word flourish would be upsized to be set justified to the top line of text ) so that you could read it as a whole phrase of helping business people flourish.
This text could then be the logo or incorporate the logo. One friend suggested the i in flourish to be a flower bud!!!
The image I want to project is positive, refreshing, warm, quirky, energetic, vivid. I'd like a strong, simple and contemporary image to go with it

Tone - positive, refreshing, warm, quirky, energetic, vivid, professional

Style - Bold, unusual yet conveys professionalism and credibility

Usage - The logo needs to be replicated on a business card, letter head and soon, inspire the design for a website, powerpoint and word template.

Colours - open to suggestions but green seems an obvious choice so maybe the quirk comes through the shade ?
