Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a design for an A5 size folder cover into which a variable number of different A5 sheets can be placed. We are a health provision company in the UK providing therapy services to the NHS. These folders will contain essential information for patients after assessment including their treatment plan, results of diagnostics, advice for self-management etc..
We offer a high quality and very patient centred service, offering private health values to NHS patients, flexible and approachable, different from the normal over-bureaucratic services. Something different that people will want to keep. We will want to use our Logo and the NHS logo (which we are authorised to use. There are strict criteria around the blue NHS logo, mainly that if it is on the same page as other logos it must be top right, be in clear space and bigger by 1/3. Should project trust with a different approach, fresh & healthy..
