UPDATE: Some have commented that my description is too broad; I'm happy to provide a more specific request, which I'll do here. If you want the longer-winded description of what we're looking for just keep reading past this next paragraph!

Request: A two-sided mailer post card. The front could have one of our two logos, a picture of the inside of the store, and two text graphics saying "Free Dryers!" and "!Secadores Gratis!" and two more saying "New Machines!" and "Maquinas Nuevas!". The back could have another picture and the other logo, and the washing machine prices. This could be the basic layout and then you could add other features as you see fit. Thanks!

We need a design to advertise a newly-opened laundromat. We are new owners who bought an old (dirty, run-down, dark, broken) laundromat and completely renovated it with a brand-new bright interior and most importantly all-new machines.

We are a small store in a densely-populated neighborhood in the Bronx, NY, and for 20 years people were used to seeing a run-down laundromat in our location. We need to spread the word to the local residents that we are new and shiny and we also want to hammer home our most important marketing advantage: we offer free dryers, all day every day. If you wash with us then the drying is free. Our visibility from the street is not good so these mailers are very important for us in terms of getting the word out to the community that we are there.

Most important desired features:Picture/Logo Intensive - Given our target demographic, text should be at a relative minimum. We have two versions of our logo to use depending on the layout and also have interior pictures.

Free Dryers - Should be hammered home visually on both sides of the card.

Wash Prices - Because the dryers are free we have to include the detail of the washer prices so people will know they're getting a great deal. The prices are as follows:20-lb machine: $2.5030-lb: $3.5040-lb: $4.5060-lb: $6.50

New Machines - Everything in our store is brand-new

We'll also need a blank space on the back to include the mailing information and postage graphic, needs to be about 1/3 of the card. Also, the area around the store is heavily hispanic and african (two separate groups...) and so bright colors can be used liberally. We're trying to balance clean blues and whites for the laundromat with the bright colors that these two cultures tend to prefer, for this mailer I think you can tend toward more and brighter colors.

The final design should be bright, picture-heavy and give the sense of a brand-new, shiny laundromat with an awesome offer of free dryers combined with low wash prices. We're definitely the nicest AND the cheapest store in town and need to let people know about it.Thanks in advance for your creative help with this project...

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

Renters, people without laundry machines in their own apartment or apartment buildings. Lower-income demographic, mainly Hispanic and traditional African. We don't have parking so we target people nearby that can walk to our store with their laundry.
