I need a logo for my company, WiseNow. I do corporate conflict work, specifically where there are generational issues in the workplace among Boomers, Xers and Gen Ys.
The GenYs are the most knowledgeable generation in history. They'll know more by the time they're 15, then the other generations will ever know. However, knowledge can't become wisdom until it's applied. Which is where the name comes from.
The company is built on some other principles:
1) The ability to innovate depends on an organization's ability to navigate conflict. Conflict is a good thing, but not all people have been taught how to "do it".
2)WiseNow does personal conflict coaching and consulting - conflict between two or more people originates within each individual.
3)Other work: WiseNow has been contracted to work as embedded mediators on tech project teams, managed executive conflict and helped companies go through cultural change after massive lay-offs.
I don't have a positioning statement but I will. I would like to get the foundational "WiseNow" logo created...
