Hi there, I would love to do this cover for you, being an impressionist oil-painter at heart, although I think the budget you've allotted is a bit low, considering what you're asking for.

I can see you've already had a submission, but if you were to increase the payment closer to $200, I'd be much more inclined to submit, and I'm sure other serious artists would.
