Please tell me size a5 or a4

Hello, what size would you like the completed artwork to be? How many colors can we use?

A5 is what I had in mind....but I'm willing to change for the right design.

I'm fine with any colors....it's easy to change colors if needed.
Menu items: plan to keep it simple at first that's why I want the ability to make changes to price and items.
To start....it will be fried chicken, fries, drinks, tenders etc.

I am not sure on prices just yet.
