Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new consulting project based in Vermont called Seed the Way. I provide culturally inclusive curricula, tools, and resources for classroom application, professional development for teachers, and consult with principals, teacher teams, guidance counselors, and other school staff to ensure that students from marginalized populations are reflected and respected at school. My target audience is mostly teachers, administrators, and other educators, but I'd also like to serve non-profits and small businesses looking for cultural competency training.

I'd like the logo to include some imagery of seeds growing, but I'm trying hard to avoid the cliche... I don't have a particular kind of seed in mind, but I like the maple bc I'm in Vermont, and I need to avoid the dandelion seed because of a similar business that already exists out west. I want it to be simple, easily reproducible for mobile and print, and of course, original. The logo for Seed the Way should communicate planting the seeds that will bear amazing results, and should represent cultural diversity or global citizenry,
