My main consulting focus is on new culinary concepts and healthier foods in dining room, food courts and canteens
A swell as advising on the operating side of the kitchen and the dining area, i consult on which equipment needed how to buy it wiser and how to
Implement the concept and the menus with the correct equipment.

I am a trained chef and for the last 10 years I was working for leading professional equipment companies as a project manager
and a chef consulting between the needs of professional kitchens and the latest technological equipment for the professional kitchens customers.
