Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The logo is for a general practitioner's clinic. My wife is Indian and her name is Dr Meena. The clinic will mainly deal with primary and community based care as well as women's health. I have a couple of ideas about the logo but am open to ideas. One idea is a sketch of a family (sample attached) , perhaps including a pregnant woman her partner , child and a older person ( or a pram) along with something to suggest protection /care.Another idea is to have an image of a female doctor with a white coat and stethoscope. I have attached a picture of my wife . She has dark black curly hair.
