Would you please specify the physical format of this flyer: A4/A5... one-sided, both sides, folded, trifold... the design solution highly depends on that information.

So sorry! I'm new at this. A4, double sided colour, suitable for posting not emailing although I'm sure we will email it. If you have a style that suits A4 folded (so 4 sides of a5, that would also work, just not pamphlet style.
