Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'd like to update my company logo for my entertainment company that produces musical concerts. I actually just copied the logo for my management company (Majesty Management Group) that owns the entertainment company and just changed the text. I've attached both logos and the theme behind the logo's and the name "Majesty" is that our entire group are Leo's and it plays into the "King of the Jungle" theme with our name and crown type of logo.

For the entertainment logo we'd like it to look contemporary and sleek but not too eccentric.

Thank you all very much for your submitted logo's, however some advertisements for our next concert have already been dropped in the market (sooner than we we expected from the casino property) so we can't revise our Majesty Entertainment logo at this time.  However, we still want our Entertainment logo to be different than our corporate logo so to "adapt and overcome" can each of you just submit the same logo but change the text to "Majesty Management Group" please and we'll go that route as their's no time issues with that one.
