The business is an Accelerator. This is a business model where potential entrepreneurs bring ideas in the hope that they are selected to receive intensive business development, legal and financial support. In return the Accelerator receives a small stake in their company.

The organisation is named 'unity' as its focus is on good ideas that are not necessarily championed. Unity's differentiators will be to build networks of developers and designers that are able to be brought in as co-founders on these ideas.
