Traditionally wine is associated with a more serious and conservative environment. The culture of this business is based around the enjoyment of it, a love for it, the experience of it. Rather than 3 piece suits and classical music, think swimsuits at the beach bonfire at night. Its a drink that is for everyone, not a select few. You don't have to be a wine or chardonnay expert to enjoy it.
