Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have an existing logo for a business called Annex Holdings (annex.net.au) - white font, red background - available on website. We are starting a new "off shoot" business called ANNEX FOODS. This new business needs an identity that captures the key aspect of Annex (the current font - broken letter etc) adding FOODS as a descriptor and a new colour. Existing colours are RED and WHITE - desire to add at least one more primary colour (BLUE / GREEN etc) so the logo is a "sister business" but clearly not the same business.

Annex Foods will primary produce dry health food products such as muesli, cereals, fruits, nuts, powders. Logo will be used on business cards,website, stationary, email etc.
