Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have an existing logo, which is the basketball with lines forming a spiders web and a spider on the. I have attached a couple of examples.
There are also some pictures of the uniforms etc on our facebook page www.facebook.com/HKBASpiders
We would like a similar but modernised logo that incorporates the "web ball" but a more modern spider on it. Maintain the Green and Black colours.
An example would be like the Golden State Warriors Logo from the NBA.
We would like the "web ball" encircled with the text below.
Need to keep in mind this log will also be on uniforms and t-shirts etc and should be able to screen printed or embroidered easily and economically.
The logo should work in solid Green or Solid Black and should be clearly seen on the existing pin-stripe uniforms that are seen on our web pages.

5-60 year olds over all but 5-25 would be the main group.
