Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

i have just taken over a tired and run down dental practice called Black Rock Dental which l want to bring new life into. Current patients are in the older demographic and l am trying to attract a younger demographic, families and professionals.
I need a logo which is stylish an modern and bright to attract new people but professional too. we don't alienate the older people. I will want to use the logo on business cards but importantly for branding l want to have it on the front window too, as well as headers for all outgoing correspondance.
