I think you have started good and need some further advice about the company to render additional logos. The company is in air conditioning and ventilaiton industry. There should be something in the logo that will mean air movement. Also red (heating) and blue (cooling) should be mentioned with the symbol. The arrows are much often used in this industry for a very long time so we need to find a less known, unique symbol. I am attaching my old companys logo for some ideas. I apprecitae for your designs. Please try with different fonts for aera as it needs to look more strong.

I have checked your designs and they are very Professional and good looking. For the logo we are trying to avoid symbols creating with rotation. I will share yours also with my colleagues but I want to inform you that the odds are low. Any different design is welcome.
