Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our organization celebrates and publicizes the truth that African American children can excel in the sport of swimming. This organization was inspired by our daughter Who is a championship butterfly swimmer. We debunk the myth that black children do not swim and we will encourage those who cannot swim to learn! Our blog highlights the accomplishments of black children swimming and also serves as a resource for black families with experienced swimmers and children who want to explore the sport of swimming.

The logo should symbolize that black children can and do excel in swimming because ,
they are loved and supported by their families and communities.

The logo must include the phrase 'Black Kids Swim'. The logo should have a warm feel and reflect the diversity within the African American community. The logo can be just words, just an image, or a combination of text and image. For printing purposes don't use more than 4 colors. No blends or gradations. This logo will be displayed on a website, social media, letterhead, and swimming apparel - including T-shirts, hoodies, swim suits, back packs, flippers, pull boys, mesh equipment bags, water bottles, flip flops, towels, and thin goggle straps so it should be easily recognizable in large and small sizes.

While we have set design parameters above - we are excited to see your creativity!! If you have a great idea that is outside of the design parameters please show it to us!

If a child is included in the design, the child should have African American hair and features - wide nose, full lips, textured hair. It is not required to include a child in the logo design.

Deliverables must include a standard .eps file, and a photoshop .psp file. The font files used (in case we want to create a tag Awad
line or text to match the logo). A .png file with a transparent background. And a .jpg file
