What you're asking is illegal.
Starbuck logo is a TM brand, and you can not use it for other purposes without their consence, even if its just a part of the logo, with differetn colors, if its recognisable, its their trademark.

Any atempt to use their logo as aprt of a new brand will probably end in lawsuit
