Is this a project for just the logo? Or the logo & the business card?

Both. We need the logo to use on the business card, and were trying to make the logo using the two P's from Priority Properties. I also wanted to try to make a house-rooftop shape with a chimney out of the letters T and i or i and T in each word.

Also, can you make the T and i in the words resemble a rooftop with the dot of the i like a chimney
