This service utilized EFT - a form of energy psychology that uses (pressure/ acupressure/ meridian points) on the body to be tapped with ones fingers to release emotional pain, anxiety, fear or anger.

People focus on the problem or anxiety they are experiencing. They are then guided through a series of verbal statements with corresponding physical actions (tapping). In most cases, people experience profound and immediate changes.
