Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo design for our business. The company is called Promeritum (which means, amongst other things, "of great merit"). We're a vibrant company and work with a lot of new, start-up businesses and public bodies on getting things to work better. We're relatively young. The design should suggest reliability and vitality. Only the word Promeritum is to be included. The logo should have a fully transparent background and should be something that we can use with or without the company name (i.e. when we need just the graphic part of the logo on some webpages for example). We will use the logo in print and online so quality needs to be suitable for both - including high quality print where necessary. We have access to all Adobe fonts so the use of a font from their suite would assist as we will then be able to use the same font in marketing and business materials. Bright colours are perfect! We will want to be able to have the CMYK; RGB; HSL and Hex/ Websafe data for all colours used. Logo should be provided in 4 sizes (small, medium, large and extra-large) for varying uses. The "graphic without text" version should come in 5 sizes (icon, small, medium, large and extra-large).
