I'd question the striking similarity of your mascot to Domo or Domo-kun, also considering your product name is Nomz and the whole Domo "Nom Nom Nom" thing.

I'm assuming there is a trademark on the Domo character and with all the licensed merchandising, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if there was some co-branded food or snack product out there with Domo and the use of "Nom". Just might be a little too close for comfort and definitely looked into if it hasn't been already. Might be completely fair game but I could also see how you could make the connection between the two. Just a heads up.
