Buchumschlag Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a full cover design (front, back and spine) for Sir Grantham's Secret, the second romance novel in a series I'm writing.

This is a ROMANCE novel- The cover should be very feminine and appeal to female/romantic readers.

Since this is the second book in the series, the cover needs to look similar to the cover to the first book. I have attached it here. As you will see, the first book used roses and diamonds. For the second book the cover needs to use gold coins (guineas circa 1818, but general gold coins will do) and/or a treasure chest and ivy in a similar way. The background should NOT be beige and it should not be pink either. The font and placement of lettering should be the same.
