Landing Page-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a web design for an Open Innovation startup called PhotonTransfer.com, and code CSS or HTML for Bootstrap 3.
Photon marketplace bring together technology and patents owners (mainly scientists and Technology Transfer Officers from universities) with companies willing to acquire or license the patent or technology. Patent or technology owner can list their technology via a “Tech for Transfer”.
It offers also for companies to post an XPhoton Open Innovation Challenge which is a way to address their technical need by proposing an award to the best solution given by the Solvers of the platform. This is equivalent to an RFP (request for proposal) that a company my use to acquire products or R&D (research and development) services.
The marketpace is focused on light-based technologies (photonics, ej laser, illumination, optics etc).
The business model is:
• patent owners pay a low cost fee to list a “Tech For transfer”
• Companies pay success fee commission on the award of the XPhoton Challenge.

The page provides also a news aggregation on some photonics technologies.

Registration is Free.
Objective of the new design: We have a very low registration rate and want to increase the registration rate by getting a better Opt-in landing page.
