Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is a start up consulting firm providing business advice and training delivery to small firms, institutions, and corporate companies in the Kingdom of Tonga, Papua New Guinea and hopes to also extend in the Pacific. It has staff of 5 with potential to grow to 15 in the next 5 years. It is a family firm. It already has contracts to deliver training to multinational banks, workplaces and Non government community groups.

1. 2. Because it is aimed at professional services industry, I'd like it to have a minimalist feel to it. A classy, professional touch - simple but with some nice custom type font.

3. Use of negative space to mean something emotive yet compelling. Funga Faite is the name of the waterfront our children were raised on, so it's got emotive meaning for us. Funga Faite normally has calm waters but would sometimes turn choppy and rough and I could watch from the shores, our children in small canoes trying to go sailing on their own, learning to be independent, then falling into the water by lack of balance or some sudden wave, struggling onto the canoe again, earning mastery of the elements etc. It's our picture of learning, persistence, and development in the Pacific. Relatively calm waters that will sometimes turn choppy economically, politically, financially etc and we see a small business owner get knocked out of balance and trying to regain ground again etc. We run training and advisory to those groups that are normally funded by larger institutes like Banks, Universities, etc. It's a small town theme that we would like to appeal to an institutional client base - international banks based in the Pacific, Western institutes based in the Pacific, multinational firms based in the Pacific. We already have clients there - so we know it is possible.

4. The logo will obviously feature in our signages, letter heads, business cards, and correspondences so it needs to be flexible enough to adjust to those. Good compelling colour palette that will still print well if on black and white
