Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo similar to the Philippine Red Cross Logo.

I want a Blue Circle with White Text in it. The Text should read Garden of Roses On top, and at the bottom half of the blue circle the text Charity Donation. Place a Dot (left and right) along the middle of this blue circle to separate the Top and Bottom Text.

Please use Elegant, Classic font.

In the middle is a white circle with a picture of a beautiful RED rose.
