Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are wanting a design that is easy to put on a yard sign, office sign, stationary, and business cards. We like for things to look clean and the colors we are leaning toward are blue cmyk value 50, 0,0,0. or green 75,0,100,0. Our tag line is Buy Well, Sell Well, Be Well. The area we sell properties is on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay and is a lovely area (see Fairhope, AL) We want our logo to be fresh and timeless. The reason for the color choices above is because no other companies here use those colors...it doesn't have to be those exact colors, but pretty close.
