Have sent a sketch mock up of type of layout wanted. Please contact if more information needed.
This is for a website design header / layout / logo for local classified site called 4 sale next door.
Concept that design must convey.
Buying and selling local
We are looking for something with the colour scheme blue / white (blue along the lines of Facebook blue)
Simple clean line design
We like the idea of using stick men / women as neighbours exchanging money over a fence as in sketch.
The items listed for sale on the sketch should be represented as images / icons and not limited to items shown on the sketch.
The final design should communicate the ease and simplicity of buying or selling to your local neighbour.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: The banner i like the most is the one entered by TechWise. However i would like a few changes. I want the word ''Whats'' taken out, The people exchanging money must be stick men and the items for sale must be animated or sketched (not photos). A few more items would be good. I like the bright colors.
Thanks for all the designs so far, for me this one stands out the most.
