Wilson Senior Living is a subsidiary of the Wilson Care Group. This brochure is specifically for the Wilson Senior Living company and brand. Create a 3 panel, front and back, tri-fold brochure. This brochure will be a way to introduce our senior living care home to the community, prospective, clients, and various referral partners. It is modern and state of the art home. Like the home, the brochure must be eye catching, unique in its deliverables (as it doesn’t feel like a care facility) and demonstrate both attention to detail and comfort. Our organization is sophisticated and built around warmth, care and individualized personal attention. The most important aspect of this design is to focus on creating a nurturing, warm, and inviting feel where you would want to put your own loved ones in our care home.
I am open to the creativity of the designer to develop something based on the above criteria; however I would like the design to work well with the existing collateral material. What I mean by that is that while I want everything to have its own personality and stand out as its own brand representative, I still need to be able to tell that the overall design concept stays stylistically inside of the same ‘family’ of existing designed material. Because of this, below I would like for the designer to pull inspiration from the link to our website (Located below) as well as from the attachment of our recently refreshed business cards (Attached). This should allow each design to be unique and creative, while still staying inside of a framework and the feel/style that I am looking for.
Finally, I want all the designers to understand that this brochure design is for a facility where we are responsible to provide care for active, positive, and happy seniors/elders. We have care professionals and staff on-site to provide 24x7, around the clock, care to the elders and geriatric residents as it is needed and required. The photos that are used must represent aging gracefully and with elegance.
